Welcome!
My name is Steph Trebino, and I'm the founder of Returning Green. In 2020, I left my corporate job and became a business owner. This transition catapulted me on a journey of wellness and self discovery. Since then, I've learned a lot about living intentionally, and I continue to uncover what it means to live a life that is aligned with my values and happiness. Part of my journey has involved slowing down and listening to my needs more closely. Another big part has involved exploring new things - I'm a complete wellness junky and love learning about holistic nutrition, reiki, cooking practices, restorative yoga, sustainable practices, composting... the list goes on and continues to grow!

Through my exploration, I've become excited about the increased feeling of support and connection in my life. I've felt more grounded in my values and have met so many amazing and helpful people. I've realized connection is an important part of wellness – connection to ourselves, connection to the people around us and connection to the natural world we are a part of. I started Returning Green because I wanted to create a community where people could connect - share our experiences, ask questions and meet like-minded people, including thought leaders and professionals. The world of wellness and sustainability continues to grow, and there’s a lot of information out there. Connecting with each other is an extremely helpful (and fun) way to navigate it all.
So, where do we begin with intentional living? And how does wellness and sustainability fit into it?
I've asked the same questions! There are so many ways to lead an intentional life, and everyone's path will be different. But it's easy to see that environmental and human wellness are connected. A sustainable future acknowledges the fact that humans are a part of nature - our well-being is reflected in the life around us.
